JOB SUMMARY
The transportation, logistics, and the trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. So, this is a unique opportunity to become a part of a brand-new corporate start-up venture where you’ll be shaping solutions with the shared goal of digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe. 

In this role, you will be the voice of the (workshop and fleet) customer, ensure their happiness and success with Viamanta by helping them to work in the best way with Viamanta, collecting their feedback and needs and finally to implement solutions with them. You will be joining an entrepreneurial team with both corporate, as well as start-up experience.

Location: Netherlands, Northern France or Belgium.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, building strong relationships and acting as their ambassador within Viamanta.
Become an expert on our products, staying updated on new features and functionalities to effectively communicate value and answer customer questions.
Develop and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure trends in customer satisfaction and the success of implemented solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of workshop and fleet user personas, ensuring product features resonate with their workflows and business contexts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role in a B2B environment.
Native-level or fully fluent Dutch and French language skills, both written and spoken are mandatory for this role, Excellent English proficiency is also required. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
Willingness to travel to customers across the Benelux and France.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with customers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and understandably.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting customer feedback.
Passion for customer success, going the extra mile to create exceptional customer experiences and exceed expectations.
Team player, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues in cross-functional and international teams to achieve common goals.
Results-driven and not afraid to get your hands dirty to get things done. Comfortable with taking initiative in an agile context.
Experience in the transport, logistics, or fleet management industry is a plus.
